PTFE fiber has a wide distribution range of fiber fineness, fiber strength of 1. 37cN/dtex, melting point of about 327 ℃, limiting oxygen index of 95%, friction coefficient of about 0. 2, and fiber water contact angle of about 120° and other characteristics. It is currently mainly used in the following five areas: filter materials, construction, aerospace, self-lubricating fields and medical care.
